Ashley Hämäläinen is a teacher, speaker, host of the a line within podcast, author of The Line: A New Way of Living with the Wisdom of Your Akashic Records, and founder of a line within.
For over a decade, Ashley has supported people around the world in learning to trust themselves through embodied intuition, nervous system regulation, and spiritual wisdom. Through her renowned training, How to Read the Akashic Records: The Somatic Method, she has also taught thousands of people to access and read the Akashic Records for themselves through a grounded, body-led approach.
Known for her work with the Akashic Records and body-led guidance, Ashley’s approach bridges the physical and spiritual, helping people reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel authentic, aligned, and deeply their own.
She lives in Howe Sound, British Columbia with her husband Juuso, their children, and two cats.
