what is the line?
In ancient yogic science, the oldest science on the planet, it is taught that there are 72,000 energy pathways in the human body. These energy pathways are called nadis.
On the left side of the human body is the ida nadi, the main nadi for the feminine side of the body. This is connected to the emotions, to intuition, flow and creativity.
On the right side of the body is the pingala nadi, the main nadi for the masculine side of the body. This is connected to structure, foundation, systems and order.
The Line is what runs in the center of the body. It is the main energy pathway called the sushumna nadi. It has also been called the pathway of liberation or the river of light.
The Line is your connection to the most authentic version of you.
what happens when the line opens?
The Line lies dormant in a human being until the awakening process begins.
When the Line is dormant, you are operating on only about 5% of your life force energy. Just enough to keep your organs working, lungs breathing and heart beating, but your potential has not yet been tasted or touched. It’s the bare minimum.
When the awakening process begins, which can even just mean when your shift of awareness begins to open and change, the sushumna nadi may start to open.
Once it does open, your energetic gifts open profoundly. Your view of the world shifts and opens profoundly. And the great potential that lies within you is no longer dormant. It is now moving through your system so that you can both become self-actualized and self-realized.
The Line Activation is the channeled practice that Ashley received while one day doing yoga. She was told this practice must be taught because this Line Activation prepares the body for opening and awakening the sushumna nadi, which opens you to your potential and to the deepest connection of your authentic self.

The nervous system has one job: to scan for threats and keep the body safe. When your body is dysregulated it’s because you don’t feel safe.
You get stuck in survival mode. You’re either in a freeze state, overactive or in fight or flight. You overthink and feel trapped in your mind.
A dysregulated body can’t feel intuition clearly because it is always looking for safety.
The body must feel calm, safe and regulated to be able to receive intuition clearly.
Through breathwork, movement and awareness, the Line Activation activates the parasympathetic nervous system – the state where the body repairs, processes, and integrates — so you can begin to feel safe enough to receive your guidance.
